As part of its efforts to support vocational education and improve the learning environment, Ansar Charity Organization implemented the Rehabilitation and Renovation of the Industrial Secondary School in Ras Al-Ain project, aiming to provide a safe and motivating educational setting for both students and teachers. The project included comprehensive maintenance works such as repairing doors and windows, rehabilitating electrical and water networks, restoring walls and ceilings, and upgrading workshop facilities to meet the needs of industrial education.

The school houses a Tailoring Department, which trains students in design, sewing, and garment production skills to prepare them for careers in the clothing industry, and a Nursing Department, which equips students with essential skills in healthcare and first aid, enhancing their readiness to work in the medical sector.

This initiative aims to expand vocational education opportunities for youth, enabling them to acquire technical and life skills that qualify them for integration into the labor market. It also contributes to reducing school dropout rates by providing an attractive and well-equipped learning environment. Furthermore, the project supports community development by preparing skilled professionals to meet the local labor market’s needs.
